This recording is the very first made by the Orchestre de Paris, made between October 23rd and 26th 1967, three weeks before the inaugural concert at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées on November 14th 1967, with the same Symphonie fantastique among other works by Debussy and Stravinsky.
