Recorded by Rob Jones and Elliott Smith in Elliott's basement in April 1996 and broadcast June 1, 1996, on Rob's Locals Show on KWVA 88.1 Eugene, OR. This was a simple live take with acoustic guitar and vocals. Mixed in 2012 by Larry Crane at Jackpot! Recording Studio, Portland, OR.

Recorded at either Elliott's house, Undercover, Inc. or the Heatmiser House between 1995 to 1996. Overdubs and additional production at The Shop by Tom Rothrock & Rob Schnapf. Mixed in 2010 by Larry Crane at Jackpot! Recording Studio, Portland, OR.
