Comedia is Hector Lavoe's legendary third solo album, released in 1978 on Fania Records. Produced by Willie Colón, the album features seven unforgettable tracks, including the smash hit "El Cantante" written by Ruben Blades, the exciting "Bandolera" and the closer, inspired by Cuban poet and activist Nicolas Guillen's poem "Songoro Cosongo." Named one of the 50 greatest salsa albums of all time by Rolling Stone magazine in October 2024.

This remastered reissue is pressed on 180-gram vinyl, with (AAA) lacquers cut from the original master tapes for an exceptional listening experience.
