Kenny Dorham on trumpet, Hank Mobley on tenor Sax, Doug Watkins on bass and Art Blakey on Drums are the jazz Messengers supporting Horace Silver playing piano on tunes like "Creepin' In", "To Whom it May Concern" and "Doodlin'" to name three of seven tunes written by Silver for this the first Jazz Messengers Sessions recorded by Rudy Van Gelder. Another incredibly rare record that is worth hearing as a "True MONO" transferred from the original full track Mono master tapes on Classic's ALL TUBE, MONO cutting system - no Mono cut on a stereo lathe here.
