180g Red Vinyl Double LP!
Hand-Numbered, Limited to 1,000 - Only 400 Copies on Red Vinyl!

Double album – an analogue recording of McCoy Tyner Trio during Gdynia Summer Jazz Days 2000. Phenomenal double LP available in limited release of 400 pieces red vinyl (no. 001-400) + 600 pieces black vinyl (no. 401-1,000).

Recorded at Teatr Muzyczny, Gdynia, July 11, 2000. Remastered by Piotr Lukaszewski in Custom 34 Studio, January 2021. DMM Cutting by Hendrik Pauler at Pauler Acoustics.

More often than not, many of these recent live jazz LPs tend to be disappointing, amateurish recordings, and ho hum, not much to say, performances. Not with this unknown treasure from AC Records and producers Adam Czerwinski. This recording is taken from 2000 Gdynia Summer Jazz Days Festival. Here, Tyner who still had a lot to say even in his later years, is captured along with trio mates Charnett Moffett on bass and Al Foster on drums performing a number of McCoy Tyner compositions. The sound is what I find from typical European; warm and inviting. Don't pass this one by!
