The legendary rock band AC/DC is known for their electrifying sound and high-energy performances. The Australian band became iconic for their rock anthems, including "Back in Black," "Highway to Hell" and "Thunderstruck." The logo is one of the most recognizable symbols in rock music. The iconic font is reminiscent of a lightning bolt, which gave Pro-Ject the idea for this very special turntable design.

The new AC/DC turntable is engineered for audiophiles and music enthusiasts. The plinth is made of MDF, which offers the perfect base.

The stainless steel axle of the precision acrylic sub-platter sits in a bronze bushing. A design highlight is the red LED lighting of the sub-platter. The flat silicon belt builds the connection to the AC motor, which ensures stable speeds.

The glass platter is a heavy, zero-resonance design. The high mass of the platter produces the tightest and most accurate playback speeds and at the same time allows you to see the stunning turntable and all of its high-quality parts and incredible build quality - avoiding the flaws of plastic or lightweight construction.

The low-resonance tonearm is a completely new design and follows the design idea of the AC/DC logo. The pre-adjusted Ortofon 2M Red cartridge fits the whole concept and delivers the perfect sound.

The gold-plated RCA sockets will always provide the best connection. The included high Connect it Phono E RCA uses quality core materials like a copper conductor for a signal transmission without losses. This cable is a semi-symmetrical type, which means that the shielding is only connected on one end. Therefore, the yellow marked side should always be connected to the receiving end.
