Queen's 14th studio album, released in February 1991, was the final album to be released during Freddie Mercury's lifetime. It reached No. 1 on the UK album charts and stayed their for two weeks. It would be the first Queen album to go gold in US upon its release since 1984's The Works.
Stylistically, Innuendo in some ways returns to Queen's roots with its harder rock sound and more complex musical compositions (title track).
Reissue from Queen featuring the high-fidelity SHM-SACD format (fully compatible with standard SACD player, but it does not play on standard CD players) and 24bit/96kHz digital remastering by Bob Ludwig.
