Guitar Legend's Electrifying 2024 Performance at the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival on 3LP!
With Live at the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival, guitar legend Slash brings the blues roaring back to life. A full-throttle concert capturing his electrifying July 17, 2024 performance at the Mission Ballroom, Colorado. Touring as part of the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival, Slash and the formidable ensemble known as Slash's Blues Ball deliver a gritty, soulful set paying homage to the legends who shaped rock and blues.
Together, they tear through a blistering set of blues standards and rock staples, paying tribute to icons like Bukka White, Fleetwood Mac, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Bob Dylan, and Elmore James, while also debuting Slash's original "Metal Chestnut."
Rising to fame as the legendary lead guitarist of Guns N' Roses, Slash laid down some of the most iconic riffs in history and created hits like "Sweet Child O' Mine," "Welcome to the Jungle," and "Paradise City." Renowned for his top hat, curly hair, and Les Paul guitar, Slash remains a towering figure in rock history, celebrated for his raw talent, distinctive style, and enduring influence on generations of guitarists.
Following his temporary departure from Guns N' Roses, he found success with his band Velvet Revolver, winning a Grammy® for Best Hard Rock Performance, and later as a solo artist perfectly blending hard-rock and blues with a modern edge.
His 2024 studio album Orgy of the Damned reached top positions in several international album charts (#2 Germany, #2 Switzerland, #8 UK, #14 Australia). It's Slash's bold return to his roots and a celebration of classic blues, reimagined through his signature guitar grit featuring an all-star lineup of guest vocalists.
