The Kills are an indie rock band formed by American singer Alison Mosshart ("VV") and British guitarist Jamie Hince ("Hotel"). Their first three albums, Keep On Your Mean Side, No Wow, and Midnight Boom, have garnered much critical praise. Blood Pressures, their fourth and most recent studio album, was released in April 2011.
This record captures a show those at Third Man Records had been wanting to see since day Numero Uno. Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart are two of the most talented and creative people around and Third Man Records couldn't be more pleased that they rocked the stage and committed it to wax so TMR can finally have a release on the label by the one and only KILLS. These 8 songs were recorded direct-to-acetate on October 10, 2012.
