For the first time ever, Wish You Were Here is issued in spectacular symphonic sound, newly recorded and mastered in Abbey Road Studios where Pink Floyd recorded the original record.

The diverse and stellar line-up features Alice Cooper on vocals, Rick Wakeman contributing keyboards, two members of Australian Pink Floyd on guitar, plus the London Orion Orchestra conducted by Peter Scholes.

"Wish You Were Here" transfers fairly smoothly to orchestral instrumentation, particularly the centrepiece "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" . . . Opening with tinkling glockenspiel and strings, with high horns presaging the entrance of the four-note electric guitar motif, it's actually quite moving. - Record Review/ Independent London
