The 1995 studio album Tras La Tormenta was recorded after a 10-year-long hiatus between Rubén Blades and Willie Colón, following disagreements with the 1984 album The Last Fight. At no point during the recording of the album were Colón and Blades in the same studio. Considered one of the most successful salsa albums, it features the songs "Talento De Televisión", "Homenaje A Héctor Lavoe", "Tras La Tormenta" and "Como Un Huracán."
