The Next Evolution of the Award-Winning All-in-One
Honored by Stereophile's Recommended Components three years in a row and praised by legends like Neil Young, the original Andover-One proved that an all-in-one system could deliver true, uncompromising high-fidelity sound.
The Andover-One MK2 takes that world-class acoustic foundation and elevates the experience. Featuring a custom-engineered turntable with end-of-record auto-stop, multi-room connectivity, and factory-preset calibration, the MK2 is designed for effortless listening right out of the box.
The Hi-Fi Breakthrough That Changed Everything, Evolved
When the Andover-One debuted at the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest in 2019, visitors and leading audio press members were stunned. Positioned alone in the center of the demo room with no visible wiring, it delivered a soundstage so immersive, many assumed hidden speakers were at play. It was a breakthrough: an all-in-one system that rivaled and surpassed traditional multi-component setups.
Today, the Andover-One MK2 builds on that benchmark. At its heart is an all-new, custom-engineered turntable, integrated with a suite of carefully selected high-fidelity technologies and housed in a handcrafted hardwood cabinet. The result is a complete high-end audio experience effortlessly placed in your living room. No messy wires. No complicated setup. Just pure, uncompromised sound.
"We set out to redefine what's possible in an all-in-one music system—and that day at RMAF '19 proved we did just that. It was a turning point, and we're proud to bring the joy of true high-fidelity listening into more homes to help people connect, unwind, and feel more at home through the power of music."— Bob Hazelwood, Chief Engineer, Andover Audio
Surpassing the Limitations of Traditional Audio
Traditional bookshelf speakers limit you to a narrow sweet spot, sacrificing stereo separation to achieve one listening position. The Andover-One MK2 solves the problem with front- and side-firing speaker arrays that create a wide 270° soundstage. Powered by a bi-amplified 200W system (dedicating 70W to each woofer and 30W to each tweeter), the result is rich, room-filling sound with the clarity of a full stereo system—without the bulk or complexity.
Great Sound Starts Here
At the heart of the Andover-One MK2 is a precision-engineered turntable featuring a carbon fiber tonearm with a removable headshell, paired with a pre-installed Audio Technica VM95E cartridge for stunning clarity and detail. A 12" cast aluminum platter with an anti-resonant silicone mat reduces resonance for cleaner playback. Digitally synthesized electronic speed control makes switching between 33.33 and 45 RPM simple, while the new end-of-record auto-stop ensures your premium vinyl performance is completely effortless.
Expertly Engineered for Effortless Listening.
Inside the Andover-One MK2 is a meticulously chosen lineup of high-performance components—from the bi-amplified 200W system and precision-tuned speakers to advanced power management. Every element is handpicked to work in perfect harmony, delivering a level of sound that feels effortless. With factory preset turntable adjustments right out of the box, Andover did the heavy lifting—so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
Turntable Feedback? It's History—with IsoGroove® Technology
Andover's IsoGroove® technology uniquely eliminates acoustic feedback by canceling vibrations, enabling turntables to sit directly on top of the speaker without disruption. Andover Audio's proprietary speaker design, optimized bracing, and advanced DSP make this breakthrough possible—giving listeners hifi audio performance without compromise.
Beyond Vinyl: Digital and Analog Ready
The Andover-One MK2 supports Bluetooth and connects easily to CD players, Wi-Fi streaming adapters (like Songbird), and computers.
The MK2 expands your listening possibilities with a new Optical Output, providing a fixed-level, CD-quality digital signal ideal for connecting directly to a multi-room audio system. You can even rip vinyl to your computer over the bi-directional USB interface.
Intuitive Interface
Inputs, outputs, and options are all accessible from a simple-to-use interface on the front face of the Andover-One MK2. In normal operation, the home screen displays your current source, listening mode, and volume level. Navigate menus effortlessly using the front-panel rotary knob (push to confirm, twist to scroll) or the included RF remote control. Adjust bass, treble, speed, display brightness, and custom listening modes with ease.
Control from the Couch
Superior to infrared remotes, access all the important features from afar with a RF controller. When using the controller, Andover-One MK2 will display an easy-to-read menu, making it a breeze to navigate sources and settings.
Going Beyond: Class-A Headphone Amplifier
Headphone enthusiasts will appreciate Andover's high-quality Class A headphone amplifier, featuring a discrete output stage that delivers accurate sound with low distortion, ensuring optimal performance even for the most demanding headphones

New Features for the MK2
- Truly Effortless Setup: Arrives completely pre-calibrated. With tracking force, anti-skate, and the cartridge already aligned, you can just plug it in, apply the record, drop the needle and play.
- Audio-Technica VM95E cartridge: Dual-magnet cartridge featuring great stereo separation and light tracking for minimal record wear. Multiple stylus options are offered to support future upgrades.
- Adjustable VTA: The tonearm pivot height can be adjusted via set-screw to optimize stylus angle for different cartridges. This is especially useful for future upgrades to more VTA-sensitive styli such as ATN95ML or ATN95SB, which require more precise alignment than conical or standard elliptical styli.
- Removable Headshell: The headshell is attached to the tonearm via a simple locking collet. It makes it easy to remove the cartridge for change, upgrade, or maintenance such as cleaning or inspection.
- Intelligent Auto-Stop: A new optical sensor seamlessly stops the motor seconds after your record ends, so you never have to rush across the room to lift the tonearm.
- A Purer, Quieter Spin: Andover's innovative "Split-Plinth" design isolates the motor to the speaker enclosure, keeping vibrations away from the stylus for a drastically cleaner sound.
- Multi-Room Ready: A newly included Optical Digital Output interfaces with your preferred external streaming device. Facilitates connection to Songbird HR Music Streamer or other multiroom-capable systems to stream audio from the A1MK2 to other rooms.

FAQ
How do records not skip on the Andover-One MK2 if the speaker is under the turntable?
The Andover-One MK2 is purpose-built to prevent skipping, even with its powerful speaker system housed directly beneath the turntable. This is achieved through a combination of innovative design and engineering. At the core is Andover's patented IsoGroove® technology, which isolates the turntable from internal vibrations that could otherwise cause skipping or feedback. The turntable sits on a floating platform that's mechanically decoupled from the speaker cabinet, using a mix of isolation grommets and dampers to ensure smooth playback at any volume.
To further reduce unwanted vibration, the system's chassis is constructed from dense MDF and layered materials that resist resonance. Internal bracing and acoustic dampening add another layer of protection against mechanical feedback. The speaker system itself is also thoughtfully designed: four subwoofers are side-firing, and digital control ensures powerful bass without the rumble that might disrupt record playback. An internal DSP (Digital Signal Processor) manages low-end frequencies to deliver strong, controlled bass that won't cause the needle to jump.
How can an all-in-one system like the Andover-One MK2 outperform a traditional high-end component setup?
The Andover-One MK2 delivers high-fidelity performance without the complexity, clutter, or spatial limitations of a traditional multi-component setup. With most high-end systems, you're often tied to a dedicated listening room and spend months—and sometimes thousands of dollars—matching the right amp, turntable, cartridge, speakers, and cables. In contrast, the Andover-One MK2 is designed to sound great wherever you live. Its compact form and wide soundstage allow it to shine in any room—whether that's your living room, bedroom, office, or den.
Andover engineered the system using premium components typically found in much more expensive setups. These include dual direct-drive amplification for clean, dynamic signal flow, AMT tweeters for ultra-detailed highs and clear vocals, four high-excursion woofers for deep, tight bass, a custom turntable platform for smooth playback, and a premium Audio-Technica VM95E cartridge known for accuracy and warmth. All of this is seamlessly integrated with built-in speaker amps and a phono preamp that are professionally matched and tuned in-house. You get all the benefits of a high-end system without the hassle—and without compromising on sound.
Is the Andover-One MK2 easy to set up?
Yes, it's designed to be plug-and-play.There are no extra components to buy, no complicated wiring to manage. Just great sound, right out of the box.
