Description

Power meets grace in the AudioQuest PowerQuest 909, a high-performance power conditioner with non-sacrificial surge protection and ultra-linear filtering.

With its 20-amp (RMS) maximum current capacity and 45-amp (peak, up to 25ms) Transient Power Correction, the PQ-909 delivers the uncompressed transient current necessary to optimize all home theater and audio systems.

Wide-bandwidth differential and common-mode filtering contribute to an ultra-low noise floor and deep, black backgrounds. Twelve component-optimized hospital-grade outlets (4 High/Variable-Current for amps; 8 Linear-Filtered/Constant-Current for Sources and TVs) provide performance, versatility, and flexibility.

And, of course, to complement its remarkable performance, the PQ-909 provides robust protection features: Extreme Voltage Shutdown and Non-Sacrificial Surge Protection, the latter capable of withstanding repeated 6000V/3000A surges — the maximum that can pass through a building's AC electrical panel.

In addition to a 2-RU rack-mounting kit, the PQ-909 comes with a high-performance AudioQuest-designed 2m PQ-920 AC power cable — a 20A (C19) Monsoon-level cable employing Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+), ZERO-Tech for uncompressed current transients, RF/ND-Tech for the ultimate in Ground-Noise Dissipation, and a flat-to-wall 45º/90º male plug to aid installations in tight spaces.
