New and Improved formula for a more optimal performance of High Resolution Playback for your CDs, DVDs, SACDs or Laserdiscs!

Audience is pleased to announce that two very significant improvements have been made to the Auric Illuminator optical disc resolution enhancement kit. We have found a marker pen that gives a much smoother and blacker application providing for a more optimal performance of high resolution playback. More significantly, the Auric Illuminator gel formula has been greatly improved. Because the original formula worked so well, it is hard to believe that the formula could now be better. Let me put it this way... compared to the new formula, the old formula sounds like a disc without any treatment at all. Truly, the new formula is that much better. The new formula is strikingly effective in all aspects. The background is quieter, definition is refined, and overall playback is much richer, relaxed, and involving.

"Now for the $64,000 question: Is the new Illuminator better than the original? You better believe it. Whether classical, pop or jazz, every disc I applied the AI treatment to displayed easily audible improvements. The discs treated with the new AI displayed greater overall resolution, quieter backgrounds, smoother, less brittle highs and most significantly, an overriding sense of relaxed ease with a more natural flow to music playback. Less effort was required to relax into music or to follow individual strands, be it a rock, symphonic or small-scale chamber recording." - Paul Candy, 6Moons.com

The Auric Illuminator improves the audible and visible playback quality of all optical discs. Originally developed as an advanced optical resolution enhancement for the U.S. Military, Auric Illuminator is incredibly effective.

The Auric Illuminator will help your disc player to retrieve all the available data on your discs at the right time. Auric Illuminator allows the laser pickup to track the disc more accurately. It also improves discrimination of the exact end and the exact beginning of the reflective and non-reflective areas on the track.

You haven't really experienced the true potential of digital formats until you see and hear the results of one treatment on a CD, DVD, Laserdisc or SACD. The subjective experience is greatly enhanced by Auric Illuminator.

The application of Auric Illuminator is an easy, two-step process. The application is semi-permanent. It should not have to be treated again unless the disc is cleaned with water+surfactant or isopropyl alcohol.

The first step reduces ambient light and infrared light in the disc material. The Auric Illuminator absorbing pen is used to blacken the inside and outside edges of the CD. (The outside rim and the inside of the center hole). This improves the signal to noise ratio of the reflected signal allowing for more accurate timing of the retrieved data.

The second step involves the application of Auric Illuminator gel. This unique product improves the optics by allowing laser light to enter and leave the disc with less reflection or scattering. This allows the pickup to "see" a stronger more sharply defined signal resulting in fewer data retrieval errors.

Auric Illuminator gel also lowers the disc surface electrical charge. The surface of an untreated disc will build up a static charge while spinning against the air. The static charge builds up until the voltage becomes quite high and then discharges into the air or surrounding surfaces. The charge/discharge cycle causes the disc to tilt or wobble. A wobbling disc much more difficult to track accurately causing audible timing errors or even lost data. Although redundant codes can replace most of the missing data the disruption of timing accuracy causes these errors to become audible. Buffering or re-clocking the data cannot totally correct timing errors or jitter. A vibrating disc is difficult to track accurately. This causes the pickup's servomotors to work much harder at maintaining focus. When the servomotors are constantly correcting the laser's position the power supply is pulsed more frequently. This causes excessive power supply fluctuations which affect the analog audio/video power supplies, degrading the overall system performance. By not allowing excessive static charge to build up the discs spin with less wobble making them easier to track. Auric Illuminator allows music to be more natural sounding and picture to be reproduced more accurately.

Treats approximately 150 discs, contains one bottle of Auric Illuminator, marker, marker template & 15 pads that may be used to enhance about 10 plus discs each! For best results use one drop of Auric Illuminator gel per side and allow Auric Illuminator gel to dry completely before buffing. For CDs, DVDs, SACDs, Laserdiscs or any optical discs.

Features:
Improves the Optical Signal to Noise Ratio
Reduces Ambient Light in Disc Material
Minimizes Ambiguous Signal transition Points
Improves Optical Transparency
Reduces REflection and Refraction
Removes Stored Energy from the disc
Prevents Static Build Up
Eliminates Charge Induced Wobble
Makes Discs easier to track

Kit Contains:
1 Bottle of Auric Illuminator
1 Marker
1 Marker Template
15 Non-Abrasive, Disposable Polishing Cloths
1 Storing Box

Directions:
1. Hold the disc with playing surface facing away from you and carefully mark outer rim with Auric Illuminator pen. (Picture disc as a wheel, outer rim will be the 'tire tread'.)
2. Carefully mark inner rim of disc with Auric Illuminator pen.
3. Let ink dry. Some discs may require a second pass with the pen for a sufficiently opaque coating. If so, repeat steps 1 & 2.
4. Hold disc in hand with label surface facing up. Apply 1 drop of Auric Illuminator gel to the label side of the disc. Handle the disc carefully but do not worry about fingerprints on the playing surface. They will be removed by the Auric Illuminator on step 6.
5. Use one of the Auric Illuminator non-abrasive, disposable polishing cloths* to first spread the gel and allow to dry completely. Then with a clean cloth buff the disc until the surface is clear, shiny and free of haze.
6. Turn the disc over, repeat steps 4 & 5 applying Auric Illuminator to the playing surface.
7. Play disc! Enjoy!

*It is important to always use non-abrasive, disposable polishing cloths because many abrasive dust particles remain embedded in the fibers of non-disposable cloths even after washing. Each Auric Illuminator non-abrasive, disposable polishing cloth may be used to enhance approximately 10+ discs. Auric Illuminator removes mold release compounds.

Unintended Auric Illuminator pen marks on the disc may be removed with 99% pure isopropyl and soft cotton swabs. Auric Illuminator gel may be removed with clear cool water and one or two drops of Dawn or Joy. Keep out of reach of children. Keep from freezing. Do not use on glass. Do not use on LPs.
