In 1993, Beck hit the top twenties with Loser, which paved the way for his debut album Mellow Gold a year later. This is the first album we have released from the nineties, but I dont think we are prematurely rating it a classic. The album highlights Becks fresh and highly unique approach to songwriting and recording, plus his choice of song titles is right up our street with the trans Atlantic smash Loser, Fuckin With My Head, Soul Suckin Jerk, and Nitemare Hippy Girl. Already hard to find in the hard black plastic format, we have made it possible, and weighing 180 gram with protective PVC packaging.
