Well, as usual its taken too long but weve finally got around to releasing Bobs fourth album and, as one would expect, its once again choc full of beautifully penned gems and early Dylan classics. Another Side Of Bob Dylan is now acknowledged as the album which provided the first hint that Mr Dylan was becoming inhibited by the confines of traditional folk and thus the album provides the first inklings of the future direction which Bob would take. Another Side is also considered to be highly influential in terms of its effect on other acts mainly the Byrds (they covered All I Really Want To Do as their second single release). Songs include the aforementioned All I Really Want To Do, My Back Pages and the brilliant It Aint Me Babe. It was Dylans highest charting album in the UK No.8 until Bringing It All Back Home started his string of No.1s!
Selections: All I Really Want To Do, Black Crow Blues, Spanish Harlem Incident, Chimes Of Freedom, I Shall Be Free, No. 10, To Ramona, Motorpsycho Nitemare, My Back Pages, I Dont Believe You, Ballad In Plain D, It Aint Me Babe.
