Cher's 22nd studio album, released in 1998, is now remastered & issued on vinyl LP. The album was dedicated to her ex-husband Sony Bono who died earlier that year.

The album followed "It's A Man's World", which was not successful, so her record company encouraged her to pursue a new musical direction with "Believe". The record represents a broader range of musical influences than previous albums. The album peaked at #4 on the Billboard 200 and was awarded the Grammy for "Best Dance Recording".

The song "Believe" became one of the biggest-selling singles ever topping the charts in 23 countries.
