The 7th studio album from Deep Purple, Who Do We Think We Are was released in 1973. It would be the last album with singer Ian Gillian and bassist Roger Glover for a period of 11 years when Perfect Strangers was released.

The commercially successful album had more of a blues sound than previous albums.
