In the late summer of 1970, five guys came together from different rock backgrounds to form Derek and the Dominos. Led by Clapton, the group consisted of Bobby Whitlock on keyboards, vocals, Carl Radle on bass, Jim Gordon on drums and Duane Allman on slide guitar.

Derek & the Dominos' landmark album Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs was certified gold within months of its release in late 1970. In 2000 it was entered into the Grammy Hall of Fame and today remains a ubiquitous entry in various "All-Time Greatest" polls and "Must-Hear" lists. Transparent yellow 180-gram 2LP.
