Limited Edition 180g Deluxe Solid White Vinyl!
Reissue Of Original 1969 Version! Combines Symphonic & Pop Music With A Jazzy Rhythmic Background!
"Vergogna Schifosi" is a 1969 movie directed by Mauro Severino, a "Generation '68" film whose aim is to depict a social protest against the middle-class youth of the time, with the deserted - as empty as the protagonists - city of Milan in the background; everything is tied together by a mysterious murder that occurred years before, resurfaced by a mysterious individual.
The soundtrack of this film was entrusted to Ennio Morricone who, with the collaboration of I Cantori Moderni di Alessandro Alessandroni and an incredible Edda Dell'Orso, combined symphonic and pop music, with a jazzy rhythmic background. Six tracks with a soothing and romantic atmosphere that wouldn't look out of place in a 'lounge' compilation; undoubtedly brilliant is the reinterpretation of the famous nursery rhyme melody of "Giro Giro Tondo", included in the two pieces of the same title "Matto, Caldo, Soldi, Morto... Girotondo".
This Vinyl Magic reissue faithfully reproduces the original 1969 version, and is printed in a limited edition on 180 gram solid white colored vinyl.
