One of the many rock/blues groups spurned by the British Revolution of music in the 1960s, this quartet evolved from The Small Faces when Steve Marriott decided upon a harsher sound. Recruited into the group was a guitarist/vocalist, still in his teens who would become one of the biggest selling and performing artists in the world around eight years later: Peter Frampton.
