25th Anniversary Pressing on Blue Vinyl LP!
Remastered at Sterling Sound!

Released 25 years ago, Clayman is the fifth studio album from Sweden's In Flames. Heralded by many as one of the greatest records in the melodic death metal genre. Rockhard magazine reviewed Clayman and described it as "a formidable masterpiece of melody and heaviness." Kerrang described the tracks on the album as "bold new sounds delivered with trademark precision, and becoming some of their biggest and most enduring tracks in the process."

With some of their best writing yet, they continue to tighten up a sound that could please fans of everyone from Queensrÿche to Arch Enemy to maybe even Satyricon. With their blend of speed, melody, and pensive aggression, In Flames is indeed hard to pin down. Clayman at its core, though, is invigorating, well-executed metal that, dare it be said, is a fun listen.
-Matt Kantor, AllMusic, 4/5
