Tru-Sweep is strategically designed to drain static with a ground wire attached to the stainless steel base connected to your phono stage or preamp, grounding it and eliminating static. It tracks in perfect unison with your tonearm as it glides along your vinyl from start to finish, sweeping up dust with the camel hair brush, and removing static while your record plays. The brush can be detached for quick and easy cleaning when needed. Just rinse under warm water and screw the head back on with the Allen key provided.

What it does: The perfectly balanced Uni-pivot arm allows the Camel Hair brush to gently track the grooves of the record. With adjustable tracking force you can control the speed of which the arm travels inward. The soft Camel Hair brush gently sweeps across the record picking up fine dust and drains the static build up through a connected ground wire keeping your stylus dust and static free.

How it works: Hair can conduct static electricity. The material that the Tru-Sweep is made from has continuity throughout the entire build of the unit. Once the static is encountered on the record, the electrons flow up the camel hair encounter the grounding conductor via wand portion where it travels to the uni-pivot bearing then transferred to the height extension of Tru-Sweep then to the base and discharged by the ground wire. This is connected to your Phono Pre-amp ground lug or to your receiver ground lug or amplifier ground lug.

Set up: Set up is quick and easy! It comes fully assembled in two parts and requires adjusting counter weights to the desired position (level with the platter usually yields the best results). Place the brush on your record and as it spins slide the collet to the tracking/skate force that works best for you. Tru-Sweep is attached with 3 dots of Blu-Tac placed in a triangular pattern under the base so if you upgrade your turntable the Tru-Sweep can easily be set up on your new system.

What Size is Right For Your Turntable?

Measure from the top of the plinth to the top of the platter to get the size you need.
Tru-Sweep is available in 3 adjustable sizes:

• Small - 1" to 1 3/4"
• Medium - 1 3/8" to 2 1/8"
• Large - 1 3/4" to 2 1/2"

Each unit is adjustable in height by 3/8". Round large base and the riser is constructed of 304 S.S. same as the lifter. The 1/4" arm rod and the removable brush head is 316 Surgical S.S, this is important as it contains the greatest proprieties in the S.S. Family which makes it most suitable for its purpose which is to drain static as it happens in real time.

Easy Setup:
1. Choose location
2. CONNECT GROUND WIRE
3. Adjust Height - Must be level with brush sitting on the record
4. Adjust CounterWeight to balance arm.
5. Adjust Slider for fine tuning balance.
Optimal Tracking force 3/4 to 1 gram.
