Lone Jack Pine is a recording of creative, improvised music based around the poetry of Jeannette Lambert. She performs here with Barre Phillips (bass) and Michel Lambert (drums). All three performers are dedicated to the art of improvising, and the interaction between the musicians is instant and inspired. Together they create music that is lyrical as well as multi-dimensional.
