1967 was an amazing year for rock music, and San Francisco was the place to be for legendary classic rock bands like Jefferson Airplane. After their groundbreaking Takes Off and Surrealistic Pillow LPs, Jefferson Airplane continued their gold and platinum magic and delivered the monumental classic After Bathing At Baxter's. Featuring the brilliant musicianship of Paul Kantner, Grace Slick, Marty Balin, Jorma Kaukonen, Jack Casady and Spencer Dryden, this new LP would become one of their most important albums, as well as further developing the Airplane into the superstar act they are to this day.
