"This time its black tie and black leather," Paul Stanley said amid pyrotechnics at the October 2002 press conference in Melbournes Telstra Dome, flanked by Peter Criss and Gene Simmons. Meanwhile, 14 members of the MSO - wearing full Kiss make-up - treated the media to string laden renditions of I Was Made For Lovin You and Rock And Roll All Nite. "When the Melbourne Symphony teams up with Kiss, I promise the result will be nothing less than a symphonic sonic boom," Paul continued. "Beethoven and Mozart will rise up dancing with fists raised as we unleash a spectacle that will be both classic and classical."
