1980 Debut on Limited Edition Green Vinyl!
First Time on Vinyl Since 1986!
Lacquers Cut at Bernie Grundman Mastering!
Stewart Copeland's Klark Kent was the first solo project by a member of The Police. Beginning with a series of singles in 1978 and culminating in a 1980 self-titled debut album, Klark Kent's innovative music has not been widely available since 1995's Kollected Works. The self-titled debut features Stewart Copeland on all instruments.
Initially released as a 10" on green vinyl, BMG is reissuing Klark Kent as an RSD Exclusive on 12" green vinyl - the first re-pressing since the '80s. Lacquers were cut at Bernie Grundman Mastering from a 192khz/24bit tape transfer of an original A&M Safety Master. Includes the UK Top 50 single "Don't Care."
