Klaus Jäckle has been awarded the Lilli-Lehmann medal of the International Mozarteum Trust in Salzburg in 1990 and the Wolfram-von-Eschenbach arts prize by the county of Middle Franconia in 1997. He also was a prize winner at the 5th International Guitar Competition in Plovdiv, Bulgaria in 1998.
