Forty-five years ago, Mötley Crüe introduced themselves to the world with a record that was raw and unapologetic and launched one of rock's most notorious and enduring careers. Newly remastered and featuring their international breakthrough hit, "Live Wire." Pressed on classic black vinyl.

This is the Crüe playing it lean and mean, effortlessly capturing the tough swagger that often came off a bit more calculated in later years, and it's one of their most invigorating records.
-Steve Huey, AllMusic, 4/5
