An incredible sounding tape and the original LP has some of the master tape's fine qualities - big sound stage, deep bass, and vocal presence, but suffers from some sibilance and loss of detail. We believe that the new LP is free from these flaws and throws up a larger sound stage and tighter, deeper bass.

Some of the outstanding tracks on this album are: Drive In Movies, Storms, and Leaving the Harbor. The latter cut is a demo quality track with great bass and outstanding sound stage. Listen to the Radio is a punchy and dynamic cut that displays Nanci Griffith's country-flavored female vocals to excellent effect. The album really highlights the wonderful quality of her voice. Highly recommended by Micheal Fremer.

Selections:
1. I Don't Wanna Talk About Love
2. Drive-In Movies and Dashboard Lights
3. You Made This Love a Teardrop
4. Brave Companion of the Road
5. Storms
6. It's a Hard Life Wherever You Go
7. If Wishes Were Changes
8. Listen to the Radio
9. Leaving the Harbor
10. Radio Fragile
