In the course of Primus' epic, interstellar drum derby, John Hoffman was the only one who chose to play "Duchess (and the Proverbial Mind Spread)." "My favorite to have to learn was 'Mind Spread,'" he said in his audition. His preparation paid off in the studio and was soon pressure-tested on the road. "He's the only one that picked it, and he fucking killed it," said Les Claypool. John's command of the song and the chemistry with the band can be heard on this live recording from Philadelphia, PA. This limited edition 7" single is pressed on white vinyl and includes the track "Little Lord Fentanyl" featuring Puscifer.
