Features infectious, melodic music by a giant of the French Baroque and vital, authentic performances by four outstanding original-instrument specialists. Charles Sherman is recognized as one of the leading harpsichord soloists and continuo players in the country, called a "fluent virtuoso" by the Los Angeles Times.

The ensemble consists of Charles Sherman, harpsichord; Stephen Schultz, baroque flute; Anthony Martin, violin; and Josh Lee, viola da gamba. Recorded June 2008 at the famed Skywalker Sound.
