2008 Live Recording on XRCD2!
Inspired by Sarah Brightman's 9th album, Symphony, this live concert in Vienna was recorded and is now available on the audiophile format of XRCD2. The 75 minute concert was recorded on January 16, 2008 at Stephansdom (St. Stephen's) Cathedral in Vienna, Austria. The music was performed for a small audience of invited guests.
"The live situation barely affects the features of Brightman's voice that have made her so successful, so distinctive...This is Europop at its splashiest and most elaborate, inflected in a classical direction, and few people do that better or more distinctively than Sarah Brightman, "live" or not. " -James Manheim, allmusic.com
Why XRCD? Besides being the world's foremost CD manufacturing technology, XRCD ensures no loss of information through mastering in a 24bit domain and direct conversion to 16bit master disc production. Listen and hear the difference!
