Released in March 2003, Home was Simply Red's eighth album. It was preceded by Top Ten hit "Sunrise," (which includes the sample of Hall & Oates "I Can't Go for That (No Can Do)"), earning a Double Silver Disc for sales of 400,000. The album also includes three more hits in "Fake," "Home" and the fabulous cover of The Stylistics' "You Make Me Feel Brand New," which reached number 7.
The album peaked at number 2 in the UK album charts and went on to qualify for a Double Platinum Disc for sales of 600,000.
This special Anniversary Edition has been newly mastered from the original production tapes and is housed in a new gatefold sleeve. The inner sleeve features the lyrics, credits and a previously unseen photo, and the record is pressed on 180g black vinyl.
