Performed by a piano-less line-up featuring two hipper creative Ornette Coleman alumni: Don Cherry on trumpet and Billy Higgins on drums plus the super solid double bass of Bob Cranshaw, this release stands as a brilliant document of the early sixties new wave in jazz.
