The Soundsmith EZ-Mount Cartridge Screws. No Tools are required to secure a cartridge and EZ-Tweaking or your cartridge set-up. Now it only take two hands to install a phono cartridge! This significantly lowers the risk of dropped cartridges & snapped cantilevers.

Temporary solution to low mass headshell.

I used these as a means of adding mass to the headshell to evaluate how it would affect playback. Not a fan of adding mass in towers this way, but it was enough to get the answer I needed. Ultimately, I bought a 16.9 gm high density graphite headshell direct from the mfg.

Too short

Well... these looked like they could solve a problem for me. I needed some extra weight at the headshell. I tried to mount a Hana SL cartridge to a Rega arm. The screws are too short. Bummer. And $40 too. Bummer. I had to return them. Easy enough. They seem to be well made, though.
