This title replaces the previous Stan Getz - The Dolphin but is taken from the same awesome 1981 live session from the Keystone Club in San Francisco, and features the same musicians - Stan Getz (tenor), Lou Levy (piano), Monty Budwig (bass) and Victor Lewis (drums). Great live sound and superb musicianship.

This session from 1981, was recorded at the same time as "The Dolphin" at the old palace of jazz in San Francisco, the Keystone Korner.
Stan Getz possessed talent that placed him in the list of the best tenor players of his time. When these sessions occurred, he seemed close to the epitome of his career.
