The album follows the critical and commercial success of "The Raven The Refused To Sing" which was released in 2013 and debuted at #57 on the Billboard Top 200.

Steven has sold out multiple tours around the world including London's Royal Albert Hall.

Recorded at London's illustrious Air Studios, Steven reunited Guthrie Govan, Adam Holzman, Theo Travis, Nick Beggs, and Marco Minneman, the spectacular band responsible for "The Raven..." album and world tour.

The album features artwork by long time Porcupine Tree and Steven Wilson artist and designer, Carl Glover (in conjunction with images from Hajo Mueller and Lasse Hoile).
