40th Anniversary Pressing on Vinyl LP!
Half-Speed Mastered by Matt Colton at Metropolis Studios!

The Colour of Spring, celebrating its 40th anniversary, is cut at half-speed by Matt Colton at Metropolis Studios, overseen by the band's drummer Lee Harris and Charlie Hollis, son of frontman Mark Hollis.

The album shows the band's progression from their synth-pop roots of The Party's Over and It's My Life, more towards their improvisation-based work and provided the foundation for them to produce their pioneering sound in their next album Spirit of Eden.
