The Blues Brothers were truly a worldwide gift to soul, rock, and pop music enthusiasts everywhere. Foundedby Dan Aykroyd and the late great John Belushi during a sketch on SNL in 1976, they soon became rock and blues superstars afterwards with the #1 album Briefcase Full of Blues and a top grossing tour.

In 1980, hit movie maker John Landis teamed up with the paid to make the rock comedy classic The Blues Brothers movie. With the hellp of superstars like Ray Charles. Aretha Franklin and James Brown, the duo netted platinum heights again with the chart topping movie and soundtrack album.
