The LAST Factory's Microfiber Applicators work any record cleaning fluids!
The LAST Facotry's custom hand-made applicators are used to dust, clean and preserve vinyl records (LPs). But they also work on shellac records (78 rpms) and polycarbonate records (45 rpms).
When used dry, they pick up dust and dirt particles, as well as pressing residue from the factory. They hold record cleaning solution as well as record preservative solution. Our kits come with multiple applicators, which can be cleaned if they get dirty. But sometimes it's handy to have some spare applicators on hand.
These applicators can also be used with vacuum-operated record cleaning machines - but you need to be very careful and use a light touch.
A handy tip: when using a dry applicator to dust a record, there is a chance in dry weather that a static charge will build up on the surface. We recommend you put 1 drop of water on the applicator first to avoid this.
