1962 Live Gem on Vinyl LP!

Rare gem capturing the poetry and magic of the legendary Chet Baker live on stage. Here, Chet is in Italy on April 1962, at "La Cantina" in Bologna. Baker is on the trumpet, of course, along with Rene Thomas at the guitar, George Gruntz at the piano, the great Karl Theodor Geier on the bass, and Eberhard Stengel on the drums. The entirety of Side A is taken by a long Miles Davis composition, "Solar", while the B Side features a much-celebrated, timeless standard in "Pennies from Heaven" and Bird's original in "Donna Lee."
