180g Audiophile Vinyl LP!
The American rock band Cracker originates from Bakersfield, California and was formed in 1990 by lead singer David Lowery and guitarist Johnny Hickman, who both came from the band Camper Van Beethoven. After signing with Virgin in 1991, they released their self-titled debut album the year after. The album included "Happy Birthday To Me" and the radio hit "Teen Angst (What The World Needs Now)," which peaked at #1 on the US Modern Rock chart. The album went on to sell over 200,000 copies.
Cracker celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2022 and includes an insert.
...Cracker's debut is a terrific rock & roll record, full of energetic three-chord bashers and surprisingly moving ballads.
