Limited Edition 10th Anniversary Collector's Edition Purple Vinyl!

The biggest SoundScan debut ever by a new rock band, Fallen has been certified seven times Platinum in the U.S. and has gone on to sell over 14 million copies worldwide. Featuring the #1 Singles "Bring Me To Life" and "My Immortal", Fallen propelled Evanescence to two Grammy Awards in 2004 for "Anywhere But Home" (DVD).

According to Amy Lee, "Going Under" is about a previous emotionally and physically damaging relationship, saying, "And when you're at the end of your rope, when you're at the point where you realize something has to change, that you can't go on living in the situation that you're in. It's cool. It's a very strong song." It was the last song written for the album, and was originally intended to be the first single, however, "Bring Me to Life" was chosen due to its release as the lead single on the Daredevil soundtrack. It was released as the second single. "Bring Me to Life" is a rock, alternative metal, chamber pop and gothic metal song. It was written by Lee, Ben Moody, and David Hodges, and was inspired by an incident that occurred while she was sitting at a restaurant when an acquaintance of Lee asked her if she was happy in her current relationship. It was then that Lee realized that she was, in fact, unhappy in her current relationship and expressed that she felt she had been "woken up", hence the lyrics "wake me up inside".

"'My Immortal' lets Lee wail about her personal demons over simple piano and some symphonic dressings — it's a power ballad that P.O.D. and Tori Amos fans could both appreciate." - Kirk Miller, Rolling Stone
