On this recording, a collection of mostly original tunes along with a strikingly original rendition of Simon and Garfunkel’s Bridge Over Troubled Water, the contemporary jazz pianist’s extraordinary talent and passion for her art are enhanced by the support of several renowned players including Alex Acuna, Abraham Laboriel, Gary Herbig and both Tom Coster and his son, Tommy.

Hiroko, The Japanese Sensastion!!!

Very talented and wonderfully gifted Hiroko Kokubu does a fantastic job. I suppose the funny thing to me is I am not a big fan of the, Bridge over troubled water track. However, the rest of the XRCD was delightful.
