The self-titled debut album from "It's A Beautiful Day" was released in 1969. The album, which rose to #47 on Billboard's top LPs chart, contains the group's biggest hit, "White Bird".

All songs on the album were written by lead vocalist David LaFlamme with assistance by keyboardist Linda LaFlamme for 3 songs and Vince Wallace for Bombay Calling.
