30/40 On 180g Virgin Vinyl Double LP!
American Gramaphone was founded with high fidelity in mind. Created from the original highest-fidelity studio master tapes, 30/40 2LP 180g Vinyl set captures Mannheim Steamroller's signature sound with stunning clarity in 16 beautifully mastered tracks including the new recording of "Greensleeves" featuring Chip Davis' daughter, Elyse.
"Hey a lot of time has passed and we are still going strong all because of you... What kind of silly name is 30/40 any way? Well, 30 years of Christmas and 40 years of Fresh Aire. You were there during the hi-fi audiophile days when Fresh Aire was a demonstration record for high-end speakers and turntables. In fact, this is a limited run of vinyl this year in celebration of 30/40. 30 is for 30 years of Christmas releases. It is a project that many people including some of the older retailers (no longer around) said 'well that will never work.' Ya know, every time someone says 'that'll never work' it becomes a personal challenge. I'm very proud of my staff of engineers, musicians and office staff who have made this all come true the years. Thanks to ALL of you." - Chip Davis
