Way back in the early aughts, Maroon 5 rose from the ashes of Los Angeles-based rock outfit Kara's Flowers and struck gold with a new sound captured brilliantly on their 2002 full-length debut. Songs About Jane shot to #6 on the Billboard Top 200 by the end of 2004 thanks to international hit singles This Love and She Will Be Loved. The album soon went multi-platinum, eventually selling over 10 million copies worldwide. The second single from the record, This Love, won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance in 2006.

Frontman Adam Levine continues to drive Maroon 's success while burgeoning into a bona fide worldwide phenomenon. In addition to a successful international modeling career, the rocker recently debuted a menswear collection. Since 2011, Levine has appeared as a coach on NBC's Emmy-winning reality competition series The Voice and made his big-screen debut in 2014's Begin Again.
