1998 Grammy® Award Nominee:
• Best Rock Song: "Bitch"

Meredith Brooks is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from the Pacific Northwest who broke internationally after moving to Los Angeles and signing with Capitol Records. Her solo debut Blurring the Edges spawned the era-defining hit "Bitch," a Top 10 single in multiple countries that earned Brooks Grammy nominations for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance and Best Rock Song.

Produced by David Ricketts (of David and David), who also contributed keyboards and additional instrumentation, the album was supported by extensive U.S. and European touring in 1997–1998, including appearances on Lilith Fair in both years. This marks the album's first-ever release on vinyl.
