Soundtrack & Score To 2016 Best Picture Oscar Nominee!

Brooklyn tells the profoundly moving story of a young Irish immigrant navigating her way through 1950's Brooklyn. The initial shackles of homesickness quickly diminish as a fresh romance sweeps Eilis into the intoxicating charm of love. But soon, her new vivacity is disrupted by her past, and Eilis must choose between two countries and the lives that exist within.

Michael Brook (Into The Wild, Any Given Sunday, Heat, An Inconvenient Truth) is a Golden Globe® and Grammy® nominated composer, producer and recording artist recognized for his unique style of composition that traverses ambient, world, Americana, electronic and orchestral territories. He worked with artists such as Brian Eno, David Sylvian, Nusrat Fateh, Ali Khan, The Pogues, and Jane Siberry.

Besides the score, Brooklyn also includes a Various Artist soundtrack, featuring a colorful mixture of vintage music classics from the 1950's. All songs featured on the Various Artist OST are represented in the film and well featured.
